Curated Publishing Co. continually expands its directory and reserves the right to add, remove, or modify professional categories at any time.

Independent Professionals

All Publishing Professionals listed within Curated Publishing Co. operate as independent businesses.

Curated Publishing Co. does not:

* Employ professionals
* Supervise projects
* Negotiate contracts
* Collect project payments
* Manage creative work
* Guarantee project outcomes

All agreements, payments, revisions, copyrights, licensing, timelines, and project deliverables are solely between the member and the Publishing Professional.

Profile Updates

To maintain the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Curated Publishing Co. directory, publishing professionals do not have direct editing access to their live profile or the directory.

If you need to update your biography, portfolio samples, contact information, availability, website, social media links, or other profile details, simply submit a Profile Update Request using our online form. Our team will review and publish approved updates as promptly as possible.

Because access to the directory is reserved exclusively for active client members, publishing professionals cannot browse or view the live directory. However, you may request a current screenshot of your profile at any time to review how it appears to prospective clients.

Our goal is to ensure every profile remains accurate, professionally presented, and consistent with the standards of Curated Publishing Co.

As a curated directory, all profile updates are reviewed prior to publication to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a high-quality experience for both professionals and clients.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Curated Publishing Co. to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal period.

Renewal pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.

Following enrollment, members receive confirmation of their subscription, including renewal terms and cancellation instructions.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their customer account through the website.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Curated Publishing Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, suspend, or remove any member or Publishing Professional whose conduct, business practices, communications, misrepresentations, harassment, unethical behavior, or repeated violations of our policies are inconsistent with our mission, community standards, or these Terms.

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice and without refund when deemed necessary to protect our members, professionals, or the integrity of our platform.

Members may report any such issues anytime via the report form.
