Curated Publishing Co. provides digital memberships that grant access to our growing directory of trusted publishing professionals, member-exclusive resources, educational content, and other digital services.

Because membership provides immediate access to digital content and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The following purchases are non-refundable:

* Monthly and annual memberships
* Publishing Professional listing memberships
* Featured listing upgrades
* Promotional or sponsored placements
* Digital products and downloadable resources
* Educational materials and member-exclusive content
* Any future subscription-based or digital services offered by Curated Publishing Co.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Curated Publishing Co. to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal period until your subscription is canceled.

As a courtesy, a renewal reminder will be sent approximately five (5) days before your next scheduled billing date, giving you the opportunity to review your membership and cancel before your subscription renews if you choose.

Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their customer account on our website.

Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals only.

Your membership and access to member benefits will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.

There are no cancellation fees, and no further charges will be processed after cancellation unless you choose to subscribe again.

An active membership is required to access member-only features, which may include:

* Direct contact information for participating professionals
* Publishing resources and educational materials
* Member-exclusive content

Once your subscription expires, access to member-only content and features will end.

No Refunds or Credits

All membership purchases are final.

Curated Publishing Co. does not provide:

* Refunds
* Partial refunds
* Prorated refunds
* Membership credits
* Account credits
* Reimbursement for unused subscription time

This policy applies regardless of:

* Whether you used your membership
* Whether you contacted or hired a Publishing Professional
* The number of times you accessed the directory
* Changes in personal or business circumstances
* Voluntary cancellation
* Inactivity during your membership period

If you no longer wish to continue your membership, simply cancel before your next renewal date. As a courtesy, a renewal reminder will be sent approximately five (5) days before your next scheduled billing date.

Publishing Professional Listings

Listing fees paid by Publishing Professionals are also non-refundable.

Acceptance into the Curated Publishing Co. directory, featured listings, promotional placements, or future professional categories does not guarantee inquiries, project opportunities, contracts, revenue, or business success.

Publishing Professionals are responsible for the services they provide and for all agreements made directly with their clients.
