A Curated Publishing Co. membership provides access to our growing directory of trusted publishing professionals and exclusive member resources.

Membership benefits may include:

* Access to the Publishing Professional Directory
* Direct contact information for participating professionals
* Publishing resources and educational materials
* New professional listings added throughout the year
* Future member benefits as the platform continues to grow

Membership grants access to the directory only.

Curated Publishing Co. does not negotiate contracts, collect payments for creative services, supervise projects, or guarantee the outcome of any working relationship between members and publishing professionals.

Membership in Curated Publishing Co. is a privilege extended to individuals and professionals who uphold our standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, suspend, or remove any member or publishing professional whose conduct, business practices, communications, misrepresentations, harassment, unethical behavior, or repeated violations of our policies are inconsistent with our mission, community standards, or these Terms and Policies. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice and without refund when deemed necessary to protect our members, professionals, or the integrity of our platform.

Subscription Billing

Memberships are available on monthly and annual subscription plans.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method. Billing renewal will send a 5-day notification prior.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

After your subscription expires, access to member-only content and the professional directory will end.

There are no cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final.

Because members receive immediate access to digital content, directory listings, and member resources, Curated Publishing Co. does not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for monthly or annual memberships.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

Acceptable Member Use

Membership is intended solely for locating and connecting with publishing professionals for legitimate publishing projects.

Members agree not to:

* Copy, reproduce, or redistribute directory listings.
* Create personal databases using information obtained through the directory.
* Screenshot or download substantial portions of the directory for future use after membership expires.
* Share member-only content with non-members.
* Use automated software, bots, AI agents, or data-scraping tools to collect directory information.
* Misrepresent themselves when communicating with publishing professionals.
* Harass, spam, or solicit professionals for unrelated services.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.

Professional Conduct

Publishing professionals featured within Curated Publishing Co. are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Professionals agree to:

* Communicate respectfully and professionally.
* Respond to project inquiries within a reasonable timeframe whenever possible.
* Accurately represent their experience, portfolio, pricing, and services.
* Deliver original work unless otherwise disclosed and agreed upon.
* Respect copyright and intellectual property laws.
* Maintain honesty and transparency throughout the client relationship.
* Treat all members fairly and without discrimination.
* Promptly notify Curated Publishing Co. of significant changes affecting their listings.

Curated Publishing Co. reserves the right to review complaints and remove any professional whose conduct no longer aligns with our standards or mission.

The directory is continually updated.

Publishing professionals may be added, removed, suspended, or updated at any time.

Membership provides access to the directory as it exists during an active subscription.

Curated Publishing Co. does not guarantee the availability, pricing, responsiveness, or future participation of any individual professional.

Limitation of Responsibility

Curated Publishing Co. serves solely as a directory connecting members with independent publishing professionals.

All project negotiations, contracts, payments, timelines, creative work, and business relationships occur directly between the member and the publishing professional.

Curated Publishing Co. is not responsible for disputes, project outcomes, missed deadlines, pricing disagreements, or the quality of services provided by independent professionals.

By using this directory you agree to release Curated Publishing Co. applicable to governing law.
