Curated Publishing Co. currently features more than a dozen professionally reviewed illustrators, with new artists being added regularly. We intentionally maintain a curated directory rather than an open marketplace, allowing authors and creative professionals to browse quality portfolios without sorting through hundreds of unvetted listings.

Plus Author Members receive access to the Curated Publishing Co. Premium Resource Library, which contains educational content designed to help authors navigate the illustration and publishing process.

At this time, illustrator profiles are managed internally to maintain a consistent and curated presentation throughout the directory.

No. We do not take commissions on projects secured through the directory. Any agreements are made directly between the client and illustrator.

No. Curated Publishing Co. functions solely as a curated directory. All projects, agreements, communication, revisions, contracts, and payments are handled directly between clients and illustrators only.

No. While illustrator applications are reviewed carefully, Curated Publishing Co. does not guarantee compatibility, project results, timelines, financial outcomes, or working relationships between members. Use at your own discretion.

No. All financial agreements and payments are handled independently between clients and illustrators only.

If you experience unprofessional conduct, inappropriate communication, misuse of the directory, or behavior that violates our policies, you may submit a report through our Issue Reporting Form for review.

Curated Publishing Co. reserves the right to investigate reported concerns and may suspend or remove members who violate our policies, community standards, or expectations of professional conduct.

However, Curated Publishing Co. does not participate in project negotiations, contractual disputes, payment disagreements, creative differences, scheduling conflicts, or other matters arising between authors and illustrators. All project agreements and business arrangements are made directly between the parties involved.

Our role is to maintain a professional directory experience and review reported violations of platform policies, not to mediate or resolve disputes between members.

Unlike open marketplaces, Curated Publishing Co. carefully reviews each illustrator before acceptance. Our goal is to provide members with access to a curated collection of talented professionals rather than an overwhelming list of unvetted profiles.

No. While all illustrators undergo a review process before acceptance into the directory, Curated Publishing Co. cannot guarantee project outcomes, timelines, pricing, communication styles, or the quality of services provided. Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and entering into agreements that best meet their needs.
